ORIGINAL YOUTUBE DESCRIPTION: This show will examine how “woke” a positive feature of African American culture, and “critical race theory” is being used to justify Trump’s elimination of DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion). Trump’s Executive Order purposes is to eliminate Blacks, people of color and women from the federal and corporate work force. This show will examine ways for Blacks to resist this effort to turn back the page of history.

FIRST THOUGHTS OF THE EPISODE IDEA: In this follow up to the years first episode; Dr. T’Shaka uses as a backdrop Donald Trump’s calls to deconstruct DEI to discuss how he and his administration will fulfill the goals outlined in Project 2025; as well as discussing the threat these goals pose to the Black community. To the casual listener, something might seem different in this video, especially to those well familiar with Dr. T’Shaka’s lectures; that difference is evident in his tone, his mannerisms and his speech – it is his righteous indignation and his Soul’s readiness to do as he has done many times throughout his life, serve his people when they need him most. He begins his task by imploring us to confront the fear hindering many of us from taking stances against those forces whom, to capitulate to Trump’s demands, have either ceased DEI programs or committed to doing so in the future. Following this by offering a carefully woven coarse in fighting on the battlefield of Social Justice. For those obsessed with 48 Laws of Power, Dr. T’Shaka’s carefully constructed and coded language may not feel like a thorough dissection of battle armor preparation and battle plan preparation with a unique attention to the rule “Know Thy Enemy”. Citing his own contribution to our understanding of Power Battlefield Tactics, The Art of Leadership Volume 1 & 2; he uses this single law to choreograph his lecture.
