FIRST THOUGHT OF THE EPISODE IDEA: Project 2025, looming fascism throughout the United States and the ultimate threat, autocracy; all reside as flashing red caution lights for the voter entertaining exercising their civic duty this election season. Dr. T’Shaka, a man who has been eligible to vote since 1958, can explain these threats by himself. Instead he invites three other Elder Luminaries whose wisdom compliments his own, so they can discuss the election much like Brotha’s at the Barbershop do. For the casual listener, the common nature of the conversation should help soften the weight contained in the topics.
